Are you retired or about to be, and struggling with this stage of your life?



How can you feel enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about retired life?


The big curse of retirement is that you never have the right amount of time. During those last few months of work, when you have so much to do and so little time, you dream about all the free time you’ll soon have.


And then the big day comes, and you really do have all the time you want... but one day, you wonder where it all went. Nature abhors a vacuum, and before you know it all that lovely free time is gone, the spaces filled up. And you’re finding yourself tired, low on energy, frustrated, and dissatisfied.


When you feel disappointed, tired, frustrated, you try to rest more and do less – but then you’re bored and caught in the low energy cycle. So you go back at filling your day with activities.

On bad days, you probably tell yourself that this is just the normal process of becoming retired and getting older – which certainly doesn’t help to make you feel any less frustrated or more energized.


But there are other days when you say to yourself, “There's got to be a better way”.

You’re right. There is a better way!

If you want to jump out of bed in the morning, looking forward to a truly exciting day, and then go to bed that evening feeling happy and satisfied, then you are in the right place.

You can get your high energy and enthusiasm back. You can find yourself feeling young at heart again with the dreams and energy of youth without the hassle of being young.
